"Founded on the belief that people like rooting for the underdog, Scurvysound is here to give the spotlight to bands that might otherwise be overlooked. We range from the completely different to the exact the same thing as others. What makes the music here special however is the fact that it is about having fun. As a person with a music degree myself I know how difficult it can be to base a career off of it, so rather than taking the joy out of the songs for next months rent we encourage bands to spread their love of music by doing what they want to do. We hope this shows and that you can find some of that love in the music here."

Scurvysound is dedicated to entertainment through music. The facade may look like just another company, but it is run by everyday people with other jobs they use to support the music they love. It is a collaborative effort between many dedicated musicians across numerous states.
